Experienced and accomplished Business Analyst/Solution Architect, Cyber Security Expert, Software Product Developer, Product Manager, Team Leader with proven success designing and developing innovative new products and developing solutions to solve problems in fast-paced and competitive environments. Mario has the capacity to work with all clients, foster relationships, and liaise with senior executives, Business Partners, Founders,  Technical Teams and people at all levels to develop functional strategies and plans and provide specialist advice on business development, concept design, and direction of new strategic ventures.

Success includes technical team leadership to deliver major organizational change, complex transformation, and commercial software development projects from inception through to go-to-market.

Mario has over 30 years’ experience in IT Projects, with quality and best practice focused with a passion for building lasting and creative solutions. Extensive system and user interface design skills complemented by strong technical ability across diverse areas including e-commerce, mobile/desktop applications, client-server applications in gateway devices and complex Cloud-based transactional solutions. Full-stack software engineer with extensive experience in developing Software Product Solutions across multiple platforms and devices. 

Proven success preparing conceptual/logical architectures, system documents, business strategies and business cases, pre-sales presentations, and other project artifacts for successful delivery major projects. Mario’s vision has always about inspiring people, challenging people, training, knowledge sharing and bringing people of all backgrounds with their skills together to accomplish the mission, generate results and fulfil dreams and desires of all those involved.

One of Mario’s outstanding accomplishment has been his ability to take Technology Start-up Companies from “Start-up” stage to ‘Scale-Up” stage by  driving the product, vision and team to a profitable ongoing organization.

Outside of IT Technology, Mario studies Non-Dualism, Consciousness , Biocentrism and Meditation practices with the focus of exploring the science of “Being aware of being aware”.
These concepts learnt here help individuals, and organizations achieve their full potential.  

For leisure, apart from raising a young family,  Mario’s passion is to Snow Ski every possible Ski resort on every continent and always remain happy.

She maneuvered through online and offline ESL teaching, virtual/personal assistant, online marketing, basic graphic designing, digital marketing customer service, online selling, and data entry with positive, goal-oriented and resilient attitude.

Outside work, she gives time to herself to experience traveling to beaches, reading motivation books and taking pictures of nature.
She is a team leader, who aspires to find a solution and understand customers’ demands as swiftly as they possibly can be.

When she was still a child, marketing and selling had been a way to help her family meet their daily needs. As she grew older, she saw how they turned into her professional calling – invaluable assets she currently uses when interacting with clients and potential customers.

He has an amazing professional approach to every aspect of his life, and his voice is amazing and  he creates and provides all our training, videos and promotional material.

From a background as a professional Poker Player Sebastian is able to learn new products quickly, test them and provide feed back to and from customers and connect their needs to our software engineers.

This is an amazing attribute as Sebastian is  also able to connect with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams , all disciplines, and convey all the needs across  them all enabling running an efficient team in software product delivery.

You can consider Fleire as The Digital Maestra. Her anthem: Ambitious Achievements. She aims to deliver focused insights, produce uncompromising results, and provide confident coaching to fellow entrepreneurs, startup founders, and MSMEs.

Fleire has 14 years experience in the Information Technology field with 12 years in Digital Marketing.

She was mentored through the DigitalFilipino community, the Cherie Blair Foundation, and the U.S. Embassy. She was sent to Nairobi, Kenya for the Global Entrepreneurship Summit and recently sent to Chicago, Illinois as a professional fellow of the U.S. State Department fellowship program.

Lakshmanan Mariappan

Mr. Lax Mariappan leads the web development and design team which is composed of young and promising junior developers and junior designers.

He handles the team using Agile methodology.

Lax has worked for many years in the analysis and development of web applications and web services in PHP and MySQL as a Senior Developer and Software Engineer. He is the author of a plugin in WordPress, the Facebook Feed FBF plugin which was downloaded for more than 60,000 times in wordpress.org. He graduated from MSc in Bioinformatics in GRD College of Sciences in Coimbatore, India after finishing his B.S. Microbiology degree.

His expertise lies in ecommerce development (Prestashop, Woocommerce, Magento), PHP, WordPress, Drupal web development and biomedical research. He has proven abilities in dynamic websites using PHP/MySQL, Joomla! Drupal, WordPress, CSS, HTML, AJAX, XML, JSON, jQuery and JavaScript.

Also, a talented technical writer and a medical researcher, he serves as one of the writers and editors of Scriptus Medical Research (www.scriptusmedicalresearch.com), a medical informatics news site. He is also a co-author of a Philippine pharmacology textbook, “Pharmacology for Allied Health Professions”.

He is now dedicating his time towards health informatics, biostatistics and medical/pharmaceutical writing and research. In his free time, he likes to read entrepreneurial books, go to the beach and write fiction.

Isaac is the owner of Kripzy I.T Solutions. Kripzy I.T Solutions have three branches; East Windsor-New Jersey, USA (Head Office), Bacolod City, Philippines and Kabankalan City, Philippines. Isaac was an I.T tutor for six years. His man area dwells in eCommerce, I.T consulting and digital marketing.

He posses more than five years’ experience in digital marketing. He trains business owners, real estate agents and corporate organizations on how to maximize cost and expand their brands. He offers Google AdWords, Facebook Business Marketing, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads and Directory Listing Marketing.
